Training District Office Staff
The Outreach Liaisons will continue to work with other elected officials’ offices to educate their staff on the services provided by the Office of the Attorney General and provide them with materials and brochures as needed.
Partnering with Other Government Agencies
The Office of the Attorney General will partner with other government agencies to distribute information through the Attorney General’s Outreach Liaisons.
Referrals to Other Agencies
If an immigrant or a non-English speaking person calls for assistance in a matter not handled by the Attorney General’s office, the designated Immigrant Assistance Program staff will help them access the appropriate services. For example, if someone calls with a public aid question, the staff will assist him or her in getting the appropriate information or service.
Pro Bono Legal Assistance
The Office of the Attorney General provides pro bono legal assistance referrals for minority and immigration issues and services. |
