Description: The Toll Highway Bureau is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Attorney General. The Bureau provides legal services to the Illinois Toll Highway Authority, a 1700-employee public agency with over $600 million in annual revenue and a $6.3 billion capital program.

Candidates should have strong negotiation, client counseling, dispute resolution and drafting skills. Transactional and litigation work will be required.

Salary:Commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Candidates must be licensed in Illinois at the time of application.
